Classic Car Club

FAQ

Q: Is Classic Car Club really as good as it sounds?

A: Yes it is.

Q: I want to become a member (obviously); do I have to commit some heinous crime to become part of such an exclusive organisation?

A: No, don’t be silly - all you have to do is fill out an application form, provide a letter of reference from a colleague / solicitor / business acquaintance / existing member, saying what a great upstanding character you are and cross our palms with the required amount of silver. Occasionally we have to cap our membership to maintain the ratio of members to cars. You shouldn't have to wait too long though.

Q: How can I pay for membership?

A: Easy peasy, arrange a bank transfer, write a cheque, give us a bankers draft or bring in a suitcase of used £5 notes. We can even arrange monthly payments – just give us a call for details.

Q: Do I have to trudge all the way into central London to pick up a car.

A: No way Jose. With a bit of advance notice we can deliver a car to your door.

Q: Are there mileage limitations on the cars

A: Nope.

Q: I’d love to join the club but I have an interesting classic / sports car to sell first, can you help?

A: We occasionally take cars on for the fleet in exchange for membership packages, that way you still get to drive your old beloved, as well as all of the other babies! Email us with details, some pics and an idea of what you are after and we’ll get back to you. But remember, interesting, classic or sporty.

Q: Can I take the cars abroad?

A: Absolutely, so long as your trip is within the EU and you give us advance notice – we can even give you suggestions of great places to stay.

Q: I am not sure I will be able to use a full membership – do you do smaller packages.

A: Why yes we do – we do half and third memberships which can be upgraded to the Full Monty at any time.

Q: Can I use your other branches – I’d love to take out a big Muscle car in New York!

A: Sure, no worries mate! You can use up to 30% of your point allocation at individual away branches – we just charge you a few extra points for the privilege.

Q: Sounds fantastic. I would love my brother to be able to drive some of the cars – is that possible?

A: Why not! You can sign up a second driver, so long as they fulfil our member requirements and you can vouch that they will look after our babies.

Q: I work late, are you open on the weekends.

A: Yes indeedie – we stay open until 7pm on Friday evening and open bright and breezy at 6-30 am on Monday morning. But, if you are a complete desk slave and can’t make it for then we open for collections on Saturday morning and drop offs on Sunday Evening.
